Yes,, you are required to be financially responsible for any accidental loss you caused. It does not mmatter if you, or the Insurance Company pays the bill. So long as you take car of the damages you caused.

If “it” is not your fault then you do not have to pay regardless of insurance. However, you may have to prove in court that “it” is not your fault and although you can counter sue to recover your court costs if you win the case, your lawyer will probably want some money up front, and you might lose even if you are not at fault. As for whether insurance will pay- they only pay for the people they insure subject to the conditions of the policy. If you caused the damage you are likely legally liable even if you did not intend to cause it.

A major new press and radio campaign is being launched in Wales today to encourage people inside the priority groups to obtain their swine flu vaccination when invited.
Pregnant girls, people with chronic conditions and those in contact with folks with weakened immune systems are being vaccinated first because they are most at risk from swine flu and its complications.
The aim of the campaign is to tell every person the vaccination programme is now underway and that GP practices in Wales, as within the rest of the UK, will be inviting those within the priority groups to be vaccinated.
Dr Tony Jewell, Chief Medical Officer for Wales, said:
“The swine flu vaccination programme is in progress and the vaccine is being created available to men and women in priority groups who are most at risk from complications from the virus.
“The priority groups – those with chronic conditions, pregnant girls, folks with compromised immune systems, as well as the individuals who live with them – will be invited by their GP practices to be vaccinated.
“I urge individuals identified as being at risk to obtain their vaccination once they have their invitation. The vaccine has been tested and approved and may be the simplest and most effective way of protecting people’s wellness from the virus.
“We are also vaccinating frontline well being and social care workers to ensure that we continue to care for probably the most vulnerable folks inside the community.
“We hope to have completed these priority vaccinations by the end of the year. The vaccine could then be offered a lot more widely to healthy folks, but our priority now would be to ensure those most at risk are protected.”
Notes
Following advice the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) and also the Scientific Advisory Group on Emergencies (SAGE), the following groups are prioritised for vaccination are:
- individuals aged six months and up to 65 years in the current seasonal flu vaccine clinical at-risk groups;
- all pregnant girls;
- household contacts of people with compromised immune systems e.g. people in regular close contact with patients on treatment for cancer; and,
- people aged 65 and over in the existing seasonal flu vaccine clinical at-risk groups.
The main indicator of flu is a high temperature of over 38

just that ‘FINAL’…….if it relates to the repair (not total loss) of your vehicle many times, if ‘hidden’ damage is uncovered it will be repaired as well…….but not always if for instance draft says something along the lines of, ‘full and final settlement of all claims’

Generally, no. However, auto liability insurance usually “follows the car”, rather than the driver.Not all insurance companies will insure a vehicle that not registered to the policy holder. They feel it to be a risk factor due to the insured not being the only person driving the vehicle. That said, all drivers of the vehicle have to be insured on the policy, and a premium paid commensurate to their risk factors (age, accident history, and other factors).If one does not own a car, it is possible to get “non-owners” coverage. This insures the driver for liability coverage irrespective of the vehicle driven.As to physical damage coverage, such as collision or comprehensive, one must have an “insurable interest” in the vehicle to insure it. This essentially means that the person seeking the insurance has a financial stake in the continued existence and condition of the vehicle. Therefore, a stranger will not generally have an insurable interest.Note: There are comments associated with this question. See the discussion page to add to the conversation.

It will depend on the driver’s car insurance company. In case that driver gets into a car accident, it would be presumed his car insurance will step in to settle the damages.
