Bronislaw Komorowski , candidate of the party pro-European Civic Platform ( PO ) and Jaroslaw Kaczynski , leader of the nationalist Law and Justice ( PiS ) , will participate in the second round of the presidential election , according to survey results at the output of business vote.
In these surveys, Komorowski , President of the Lower House and interim president , won 45.7% of the votes against 33.25% for Kaczynski , twin brother of late President Lech Kaczynski , and 13.4 % for Grzegorz Napieralski , candiat of the Social Democratic Alliance , reports the channel TVN.
Since nobody has won more than 50 % of the vote , a runoff will be held in two weeks, on July 4 .
Mr. Komorowski has served as the President of the Republic after the death of President Lech Kaczynski in a plane crash , which occurred April 10 near Smolensk , Russia.

The elected president of Colombia , Juan Manuel Santos , strengthen ties with Latin America and will promote trade with Asia- Pacific , as his chief counselor for economic affairs .
During his four-year term , scheduled to begin on August 7 this year, Mr. Santos is committed to strengthening the mechanism of free trade with the Middle East and Africa , said Juan Carlos Echeverri during an interview with Xinhua .
Santos won the presidential election with 69.06 % of the vote against Antanas Mockus who got 27.5%.
“Strategically , we need to open the market for our products, ” said Mr. Echeverri , adding that priority should be given to the Asia -Pacific, where “we can exploit the great potential ” of Colombian products .
” The objective is to exploit the huge demand for food in Asia and the world in the next 40 years , “said the president-elect .
Mr. Santos has pledged to continue the economic policies of outgoing President Alvaro Uribe , promising to increase market access in the Asia -Pacific.
Its main goal, according to his chief adviser , is to increase trade , investment and political relations with that region , particularly China , through membership in the organization of Economic Cooperation in Asia – (APEC ) .
China has become the second largest trading partner of Colombia , after the United States.
Colombia will face two main challenges during the tenure of Mr. Santos . The first is the approval process for U.S. Congress against the free trade agreement between the two countries , and the other is the reopening of the market in Venezuela, which was the second destination of Colombian exports .
Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez froze diplomatic and commercial relations with Colombia in August in retaliation for signing a military agreement between the U.S. and Colombia, that U.S. forces can use seven military bases Colombia.
“We will do everything to strengthen relationships so they can be cordial and beneficial to everyone , “said the president -elect, quoted by his advisor.
The British also aims to improve its relations with Ecuador , with whom diplomatic relations have been frozen in March 2008 after the Colombian military had bombed a FARC rebel camp , located in Ecuador.

The meeting between Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping, currently visiting Australia , and Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd began Monday morning in Canberra.
The two leaders would exchange views on bilateral relations and other issues of common interest.
“This will be a fruitful meeting , ” said a Chinese diplomat in advance of the interview.
The interview is scheduled to last one hour and then the two leaders attended a signing ceremony of several bilateral cooperation agreements .
Later in the day, Mr. Xi will also deliver a speech before the Economic and Trade Forum Australia China . Monday night , Mr . Xi and Rudd will meet with businessmen from both countries met for a round-table dialogue .
Xi makes his visit to Australia at the invitation of Mr Rudd. Following a one-day visit to Melbourne , Xi and his delegation arrived Sunday afternoon in Canberra . Sunday night , Mr Rudd gave a banquet in honor of Chinese vice president .
