I had no insurance and was in a car accident but it was no one’s fault Do I have to pay for the other car

If there was no police report and neither party was given a ticket by the police, then there is no official assignment of fault and it would be hard for the other person to obligate you to pay. If it was “no one’s fault’, why are you worried about paying? Just a bit of advice, though. It’s important to keep your auto insurance up to date because it protects you from possibly being sued personally. Good luck.this is a vague question to try to , as auto insurance varies considerably by state. the short is, “probably not, but you might face criminal charges if it is illegal to drive without insurance in your state” … try researching this on your own or ask the question again specific to your state.
