Can you be sued from your sisters insurance company because you got in an accident with her car

Absolutely. The policy requires that they cover her losses to the terms of the policy. They have every right to go after you if they think you were at fault. They are two separate transactions.1. They pay to fix your sister’s car as required.2. They try to recover from anyone they feel is responsible for the loss if it is not their insured.It is the same as looking to your insurance company to pay since the person they insured was not at fault. If you have no insurance you should expect them to come after you!Sorry.
