Long Islands Bradley & Parker Acquires Profile Coverage

Bradley & Parker announced the acquisition of Profile Coverage Corporation and its affiliated companies, located in Ronkonkoma, New York. The transaction was effective December 31, 2008.
With roots going back to 1964, Profile Coverage Corp. is an all lines insurance agency/broker offering risk management, commercial and personal property/casualty, life and health insurance services to its clients on Long Island and in the metropolitan New York area.
Profile Coverage Corp. will continue to operate in their current Ronkonkoma location and will become Bradley & Parker’s Suffolk County office. Steve Fuoco will be Vice President and Branch Manager. Lou Pellegrino, President of Profile Coverage Corporation will remain as an executive consultant to Bradley & Parker.
Mystic Capital Advisors Group, LLC acted as financial advisor to Profile Coverage Corp. for the transaction and David A. Black, CPA was the advisor to Bradley & Parker.
The management teams of both firms are excited at the prospects of the newly merged companies. Bradley & Parker, established in 1939, is an all-lines insurance agency/broker headquartered in Syosset, New York.
